Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (United States): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship orders through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, we [do/do not] offer international shipping. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
