Returns

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period or once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
